What's New with the Jamboree in 2014?
Although the weather is getting colder, the crew at the Pedaler's Jamboree is already thinking about the summer! The Pedaler's Jamboree is starting to take shape for 2014. We are wrapping up the music line up (we will begin announcing bands in the start of December) and getting closer to completing the new poster design(original work by poster artist Adam Turman)!
There are a handful of changes to the Jamboree game plan for next year. The event is always changing and evolving with it's growing popularity and framework. The Pedaler's Jamboree Extended Route to Hartsburg will not be returning in 2014. Although, it was an epic experience for everyone who made the ride to the Elderberry Farm in Hartsburg, we have decided to focus on improving the experience and success of the 2-day ride.
Missouri State Parks and the Columbia Parks and Rec. have recently implemented participantion fees (per rider) for events using the MKT and Katy Trail. To cover the cost of these large fees and the growing cost of hosting a large scale bicycle tour and music festival (with extended participant accomodations), we are given no choice but to increase the cost of the registration fee to $45 this year. We strongly believe that this is still a fantastic deal for the quality of entertainment and level of work and financial investment that is involved in setting up weekend bicycle/music festival of this nature. We hope that you agree!
If you are looking for the very best deal on the Pedaler's Jamboree, make sure to pick up a Jamboree gift certificate (for a friend or yourself) at a discounted rate of $40. These make the best Christmas present for your cycling buddies. Available until the end of December... Don't delay! Order gift passes here
It is our goal at the Pedaler's Jamboree to make 2014 the very best Jamboree yet. We have taken every bit of constructive feedback from our riders/friends and want to make sure that this is event that you look forward to throughout the year! Don't let the chilling tempatures keep you off your bike this winter!
